EndGame By Design offers several short coaching programs for business owners and key executives who want to explore the possibilities of designing their future after leaving the business. Clients work with a Certified Transition Planning Consultant over two separate meetings and come away with clarity, ideas, excitement, and a workable plan.
For many owners, leaving a business has almost the same impact as leaving a family, and this transition may be the most significant transition of their adult lives. These coaching programs provide a step-by-step methodology which helps owners think strategically about their business, how to become emotionally ready to let go of the business, building a new personal identity, and planning for the next chapter of their lives. Questionnaires and reports are also involved with these programs.
TRANSITION BY DESIGN (Platinum Intensive Program):
This full program includes three Modules:
"THINK": Helping the owner become both intellectually and emotionally prepared to think about leaving their business. It describes successful and unsuccessful ways to leave one's company, explains to avoid unsuccessful approaches, helps the client discover specific fears that have been preventing them from thinking about leaving their company, helps them deal with the identity crisis around leaving, provides key information about how to create and implement successful Personal and Business Transition Strategies and guides the client in creating their Personal Transition Goals.
"LIVE": Living an exciting and purposeful new life - Seven Strategic Steps for Creating Your Successful Personal Transition Plan - In this Module, owners explore 10 aspects of their future life, then brainstorm and selects the most satisfying choices so they can create a customized Personal Strategic Plan for living an exciting and purposeful new life after transitioning out of the business.
"DECIDE": Deciding what to do with your business, then creating and implementing your Successful Business Transition Strategy - this Module helps owners analyze and decide on their best option for new ownership, how to make their company ready for transition to new owners, how to move through the emotional obstacles that might arise during the 2-5 year business transition process, and then helps them develop their Business Transition Goals. This program also explains who needs to be involved in the process as advisors to the owner to have a successful business transition.
EACH MODULE CAN BE DELIVERED AS A SEPARATE PROGRAM OR ANY TWO MODULES CAN BE CHOSEN INSTEAD OF THE FULL PROGRAM.
